We're more than a gaming platform. Billion88 is a community — where millions of Malaysian players come together to enjoy high-quality entertainment in a safe, fair and fun environment.
The Billion88 Story
Billion88 started in 2018 with a clear vision — to bring world-class online entertainment to Malaysian players without them having to go far or deal with platforms that weren't built for them. Back then, most available platforms either operated in languages Malaysians didn't understand, or offered an experience that simply didn't suit local tastes.
The founding team at billion88 — the majority of whom are Malaysians themselves — set out to build something different. A platform that not only offers high-quality games, but truly understands how Malaysian players think, communicate, and like to be entertained. That's why billion88 offers Bahasa Melayu support and an interface designed around local user habits.
In just six years, Billion88 has grown from a small platform with a few hundred players to one of Malaysia's most active online entertainment platforms with over 500,000 registered members. This growth didn't happen by chance — it is the result of our continuous commitment to quality, safety and player satisfaction.
The platform launched with a focus on online casino and sports betting for the Malaysian market. The first 5,000 members joined within the first month.
Billion88 introduced a Live Casino section with live dealers — the first among Malaysian platforms to offer Malay-speaking dealers.
The Billion88 App for Android and iOS launched, letting players play from anywhere. Within 3 months, over 50,000 downloads were recorded.
Billion88 surpassed 300,000 registered members and introduced a new VIP program with more exclusive benefits for loyal players.
Billion88 is now one of Malaysia's largest online entertainment platforms, with a wide range of new games, premium providers and enhanced platform features.
Mission & Vision
Two core pillars that shape every decision we make
Delivering a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian — regardless of background, experience or budget. We believe high-quality entertainment should be accessible to everyone, not just the lucky few.
We bring this mission to life through an easy-to-use platform, responsive customer support, a full suite of local payment methods and game content that resonates with Malaysian culture.
To be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players — not just in terms of size or user numbers, but in the trust, quality and experience we deliver to every player who joins the Billion88 community.
In the long run, we aim to become the benchmark for responsible online entertainment platforms in Southeast Asia, with Malaysia as our core and foundation.
Platform Advantages
Six key reasons that set Billion88 apart from other platforms
256-bit SSL encryption protects all your data and transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) ensures only you can access your account. Player funds are held in accounts fully segregated from the company's operating funds.
Your winnings are processed and sent to your bank account in under 3 minutes — every day, 24 hours. Over 15 Malaysian payment methods are supported, including FPX, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay, with no hidden fees.
From a Live Casino with Malay-speaking hosts, progressive jackpot slots, Sports Betting across 30+ categories, to lively Bingo rooms — everything is on one platform with no need to register multiple accounts.
The Billion88 App for Android and iOS delivers the full platform experience at your fingertips. HD Live Casino streaming, real-time in-play betting and instant win notifications — all optimized for Malaysian touchscreens.
Billion88's Bahasa Melayu-fluent support team is ready to assist you at any time — via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. Our average response time is under 2 minutes, among the fastest in the industry.
From a 100% welcome bonus up to RM500, weekly reloads, VIP cashback up to 10% and a loyalty program that rewards dedicated players — Billion88 is always finding ways to give back to our community.
Core Values
Behind the advanced technology and extensive game selection, Billion88 is fundamentally a company built on clear values. These values aren't just slogans on an office wall — they are principles that shape every decision, from how we design our security systems to how we train our customer support team.
Protecting players' data and funds is our number one priority — non-negotiable under any circumstances.
Every game uses a registered RNG with publicly published RTP. No manipulation, no fraud.
Bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, and platform policies are written in plain language with no confusing wording or hidden conditions.
We provide betting limit management tools, cool-down periods and self-exclusion options to ensure entertainment stays enjoyable.
Billion88 is more than a platform — it's a community. Over 500,000 Malaysian players have joined this ecosystem, sharing experiences, celebrating wins together and being part of something bigger. On the Billion88 community forum, players exchange strategies, share tips and sometimes just chat about last night's football match. This is the true spirit of Billion88 that we're proud of.
